Dermol 500 lotion is an antimicrobial and emollient lotion which is used to treat dry and problematic skin. Dermol 500 can be used in two way either as a leave on lotion or alternatively I can be used to substitute your day to day soap. Dermol 500 Lotion helps to treat and prevent dry and itchy skin conditions, particularly eczema and dermatitis. Dermol lotion can be used by all the family including young children and babies. Dermol 500 lotion contains two types of active ingredients: Benzalkonium Chloride and Chlorhexidine Dihydrochloride which helps to fight bacteria on your skin which can make your eczema worse and prevents any infection. Liquid Parraffin and Isopropyl Myristate are both forms of emollients which help to soften, moisturise and protect your skin and also prevents the skin from further drying and becoming irritated which can be caused by soaps, fragrances and other day to day cleansers.
